The place is tastefully decorated as you can see in the video. You can also find plenty of celebrities' pictures framed up neatly on one of the walls. There is a wide selection of food at Anson Town Bistro, and due to the time constraint, we only tried out some of their dishes.
First up is the dry mee with char siew. It comes with dark soya sauce which can be found in most Malaysian dry mee. The char siew is not too fattening, which is ideal for my preference. I would give this a 4 out of 5 stars. Next is the meatball soup mee. The soup is very tasty and the meatballs rather chewy. Overall taste is decent, and I would rate this a 3.5 out of 5 stars. The last dish we tried is the rojak. It comes with the dark sauce and plenty of crushed peanuts. The special thing about this is that I can add prawn crackers to the rojak. The prawn cracker is very crispy and adds a new dimension to the rojak taste. This is an easy 4 out of 5 stars. I will be back to try out the other dishes. Keep a lookout for the next video!
